$585 / 4br - Female Roomate to Sublease (Carrollton)

Hello! Looking for someone to take over a lease looking to start around 12/11/2023-01/29/24.
I am trying to close out this lease due to helping out family members from an accident with their physical therapy and I am not allowed to close the lease.
The lease will end around 8/20/24 and the rent is $585 a month for a 4/4 with 3 other female roommates.
This room is preferred for a female.
