We offer thoughtful and elegant dishes such as A5 Japanese Kobe beef, hand crafted pastas, oysters and crudos.
We have warm, unpretentious hospitality under the direction of Chef Kyle Biddy (Catch Steak - NYC/Aspen, Guard and Grace(Denver), Quality Italian(NYC/Denver)) and General Manager Nic Wyatt (Ravello, 28 Court) Little Betty Steak Bar is seeking a genuinely friendly and professional hospitality-minded fine dining servers! We are open for dinner only and offer part/full time positions.
This position reports to the Little Betty Front-of-House Managers.
For this position, we are offering competitive pay and tips.
The ability to grow into a lead/trainer will be available to the right candidate! All of our server candidates must go through a development phase where you will begin as a server assistant and then grow into the server role as you are ready.

As an employee, you will interact with all of these departments regularly and should be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with your co-workers & managers.
*Responsibilities:* * Provide attentive and knowledgeable service with a focus on anticipating guests' needs * Develop an in-depth understanding of our menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings to expertly guide guests * Accurately take and promptly expedite food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar * Maintain proper table settings and reset tables according to high standards * Respond promptly and graciously to any guest requests or concerns * Develop rapport with guests through warm and engaging interactions * Follow all safety and sanitation protocols for food service * Assist with seating guests, describing specials, and presenting the check at the end of the meal * Arrive to work with a positive attitude, prepared for the shift * Check in with teammates and management upon arrival and before leaving * Cultivate comprehensive knowledge of food, beverage items, and preparation methods * Serve alcoholic beverages only to guests over 21 years of age, checking IDs without exception * Monitor guest satisfaction, build relationships with regular guests, and maintain community relations * Report guest complaints immediately and follow complaint resolution procedures * Monitor restaurant flow and assist where necessary during service * Use heightened awareness for any allergy tables and follow allergy protocols * Complete weekly cleaning duties, opening, and closing duties * Maintain effective communication with all teammates * Focus on continuing education in all operations: bar, kitchen, and service * Be capable of covering any server or support position as needed * Adhere to grooming standards and service expectations outlined in the employee handbook * Inform manager of any health code or safety violations immediately *Qualifications:* * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server in a fine dining/upscale, high-volume restaurant * Extensive knowledge of fine dining service standards, etiquette, and wine service * Exceptional verbal communication and guest relations skills * Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail * Ability to remain poised and provide outstanding service during high-volume periods * Commitment to teamwork and supporting fellow staff members * Professional appearance and demeanor befitting a high-end establishment * Ability to lift, move and carry heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs) * Ability to walk, stand, bend continuously for extended periods * Availability to work weekends, nights, holidays as needed * Ability to perform essential functions under pressure while maintaining professionalism * Fluency in written and spoken English * Reachable by email and phone for communication If you feel you meet the requirements, are a team player, experienced, passionate, and dedicated to your craft, we want to hear from you!
